I placed the order on Oct 25, 2024 And I have yet to receive my purchase. I purchased the three strap waist trainer and I have sent several emails and no one has reached out to me to help me with a tracking number or let me know what’s going on with my order. Hopefully someone will see this and will reach out to me about my order.

The item is nice but unfortunately didn’t fit. I’ve purchased a total of 3 items through out the years. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication. It states in order to do a return it has to be within a certain window of ordering the item , and has to get approved before returning. I’ve emailed 3 times now still no response. Now it’s not in the window of return which is not fair when the consumer doesn’t respond in a timely manner.
