All SALES ARE FINAL on FULL BODY GARMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS) due to the fact the health department says its illegal and All Body shapers are CUSTOMIZED. Please be mindful with what size you are ordering. Read the description on each product. You can call or email us for a quicker response; someone will be happy to assist you with picking out the correct size. Once shape wear (bodyshaper) is shipped the item cannot be returned.
Once your order is shipped; you will be provided with your tracking number. Packages may be tracked at www.USPS.com . Most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 to 3 weeks. WE ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON THE ACCOUNT. Please double check the ship to address prior to making an order.
CANCELLED ORDERS once shipped: A 20% restocking fee will be applied and the buyer is responsible for sending them item back. If the order is returned for insufficient address the buyer will be charged a reship fee.
