Got the order and the waist trainer was big. Reach out for an exchange got an email with instruction on how to return and exchange it. I sent the back the following day which is within the 3 days period. I send tracking. Check the tracking they got it. Teach it say they should receive it. Got an email saying they did but QC would check it for wear and tear ,which should be cause I didn’t wear it, and get back to end of day. Been 2 going on 3 days no one reach out about my order and store credit email them no answer. And they want us to support small business when this is how they operate? I am still waiting on an update sending email no response. Very disappoint cause this is my second time ordering from them I order a few years back around when they just started and they were never like this guess they don’t need my support no more.
I have received my Extended XK Double up vest. It fits well and was shipped fast also feels very comfortable. My normal size in clothing items or other waist trainers is between a medium and large. For this item I ordered a large. For reference i’m 5’8 and 160lbs.
