I love this vest I bought this a lil while ago and I’m putting back to use and fell asleep in it last night woke up worked out in the morning it’s definitely a sleep and snatch you well sweat with a good amount of cardio I use fat burning sweat cream from another vendor but all you need to know this vest is the truth!! I love the material it’s made out of and I will definitely order this again in the future if need be once I work this one out I will definitely purchase again
