We do NOT change addresses on orders once they are placed. We will initiate a refund; you may reorder.

We allow one exchange per order; so please be mindful of the item and size prior to checking out. We stop at a size 6xlarge on waist trainers and some shape wear. We do not provide refunds under ANY circumstances. A store credit will be provided even if the 6xlarge cannot fit. NO REFUNDS!

Please get approval before shipping any garments back.

Must ship back 72 hours from the date that USPS shows delivered. THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES. We, Xtreme Kurves, is not responsible for any shipping charges regarding an exchange. The buyer must ship the exchange back to our warehouse and the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees that occur. Please allow 24-48 hours (WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED) for a response in regards to your exchange. Please keep in mind, we do check for wear and tear; we do have the right to refuse an exchange. Once approved; a credit code will be sent via email. Your credit is good for items that are the same amount credited or more; we do not apply refunds or apply credit to remaining balance not spent nor do we refund the shipping expense. Credits DO NOT EXPIRE!

ATTENTION: If you are traveling; it is the customer responsibility to communicate with us in regards to your order. Please note, the 72 hour time frame still applies. Please communicate with us prior to your trip; keep us aware of traveling plans.

Due to COVID19 we have the right to refuse exchanges or any packages after the 72 hour time frame.

Effective Immediately We will no longer approve damaged returns. Please send product back in original bag, with tags; we have the right to refuse and refund minus 30% plus the shipping fee for any damages applied to our products!

Preorders: Preorders are allowed on certain products per the owners approval. Preorders are provided with an exact date when the item will be shipped. It is imperative that the buyer read the details provided for “preordered items”. Once a preorder is placed; it is treated like a regular order. You, the buyer; will be charged a restock fee of 20% if you are seeking a refund after 3 days from the initial purchase. Preorders are held products that are guaranteed for you which takes from our stock count. Sizes, addresses or items cannot be changed on preorders. Our preorders come as high demand products and a fee will be charged for with holding this product from being purchased. Damage Products:

There is a 30 day warranty on WAIST TRAINERS ONLY! Your 30 days start from the day your package shows delivered on the USPS website! If your product shows delivered successfully past 30 business days; we are no longer responsible for damaged products in which we consider wear and tear. This policy is for waist trainers; items that are consider under this category (4290 Vest of any kind & 4900 waist trainer) This does not apply to shape wear! WE WILL NOT REPAIR NOR EXCHANGE SHAPE WEAR.

Repairs:

Please allow 7 business days for your damaged product to be repaired. Once your repair is received and completed; you will receive an email and your item will be immediately shipped out. We, Xtreme Kurves, will be held accountable for all shipping expenses related to repairs ONLY!

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

We, Xtreme Kurves, will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once shipped or through transit with USPS. Most packages come with insurance up to $100.00; if you are unsure and want to add additional insurance please email info@xtremekurves.com to do so. For Smaller orders we ship first class which does not come with insurance. The buyer can request insurance on first class packages which comes with an additional fee. If your package is over $100.00 insurance will automatically be applied to your order. In the event your order is lost, stolen or damaged; please contact USPS immediately for assistance!
